Coaching Philosophy & Mission
Our approach centers on accountability, intentional development, and confidence through competence. Athletes take ownership, train with purpose, and build real confidence through consistent work. The mission is to develop disciplined, prepared players who grow both on and off the court.
TRAINING SESSIONS
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSION
One-on-one training with Drew Shaw, Assistant Coach at William Peace University. These personalized sessions are designed to focus on the athlete’s specific needs, including skill development, position-specific techniques, strength and conditioning, and game IQ. Each workout is tailored to maximize individual growth, build confidence, and accelerate overall performance.
Group Middle School Sessions
Small group training sessions designed specifically for middle school athletes, led by Drew Shaw. These sessions emphasize fundamental skill development, coordination, teamwork, and a strong understanding of the game. Athletes will train in a supportive and energetic environment that promotes learning, effort, and confidence-building alongside peers of similar age and skill level.
Group High School Training SessionS
Competitive group training sessions for high school athletes, led by Drew Shaw. These sessions focus on advanced skill work, game-speed drills, positional training, and basketball IQ. Athletes will be challenged in a high-intensity environment that prepares them for school teams, AAU competition, and the next level of play, while also developing leadership and teamwork.
